Abstract :
The study aimed to examine the effect of the division of shift work to company security satisfaction in the city of Palembang. The sample used in this study were 50 security at the company in the city of Palembang by purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 23.0. Result of this test state that the division of the division of shift work give positive significant effect on the job satisfaction of security. Based on adjusted R square value of 0,838, which means that 83,8% variable job satisfaction can be explained by the variable shift work, while the remaining 16,2% is influenced by other variable not examined in this study.
