Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of division of work shift On employee performance at Horizon Ultima Palembang Hotel. The population in this study were all workers at the company's part of front office, food and beverage. The data collection technique used was questionnaire distributed to 57 respondents. Analyze technique used was multiple regression which treated by SPSS (Software Special Package and Service Solution) The results showed the influence of division of work shift on employee performance at Horizon Ultima Palembang Hotel.
