Abstract :
Needs of the inn and family recreation in Indonesia from year to year showed increased high enough. It is closely related to the lifestyle of the people in particular fast-paced big city that needs lodging places in which there is a place of recreation for the family is required. It can be seen from the number of people who meet the recreational areas in Indonesia during holidays. In designing Cottage Resort is expected to both local and foreign visitors can relax while enjoying the tourist facilities that can eliminate saturated atmosphere. Therefore the more function leads to the recreation function, the scope of visitors are people from all parties who daily faced with the problems of the job so designed a vacation spot that includes some of its support functions in the "Matras Beach Cottage and Resort".
