Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to examine the broad influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value with the size of the board of commissioners as a moderating variable. The population in this study are basic and chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and produced 105 company samples. In analyzing the data of this study using SPSS software version 21. The data analysis method used is moderation regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the size of the board of commissioners is not able to moderate the relationship between corporate social responsibility and firm value Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Firm Value, Board of Commissioners Size
