Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of production cost and promotional cost to profit in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This study uses Resourse Based View Theory and Agency Theory as the theory. The population is all companies listed on IDX with 105 consumer goods manufacturing companies as samples collected from 2016 - 2018. The data analysis is multiple regression analysis to know the effect of production cost and promotional cost to company profits. The result showed that production cost did not effect company profits, while promotional cost had affect. Keywords: production cost, promotion cost, profit
