Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of stock prices, liquidity of stock trading and financial performance on the company?s decision to do stock split. The period used in this study is the period of 2014-2017. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample selection is conducted with purposive sampling method on a sample size of 315 companies. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is logistic regression utilizing SPSS program version 23. The analysis shows that stock prices and liquidity of stock trading do not affect the company?s decision to do stock split. On the other hand, the financial performance is observed to affect the stock split decision. Keywords: stock split, stock prices, liquidity of stock trading, company?s financial performance
