ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to know the result of thematic learning by using
Structured Numbered Head (SNH) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) models
of the fourth grade students in Public Elementary School 42 Palembang. The goal
of this research was to know the comparison of thematic learning result by using
SNH and NHT models of the fourth grade students in Public Elementary School
42 Palembang. More specifically, this research aims to know the best model
among SNH and NHT. This research was an experimental study. The samples of
this research were 44 students and selected by using simple random sampling.
Questionnaire, interview, and posttest were used to collect the data. The data
were analyzed by t-test. Based on the research and discussion, it can be
summarized that there was no comparison by using the model of SNH and NHT.
These models were good for both class models. It can be seen from the mean test
of experiment class I and II among SNH and NHT class the difference was not
