ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect cooperative of the two stay-two stray
learning model on learning outcomes of grade IV students at Xaverius 9
Palembang. The type of this research is experimental research with a True
Experimental design using a Posttest-only Control Design. The population of this
research is grade IV students at Xaverius 9 Palembang Elementary, 102 students,
divided into 3 parallel classes (class IVA, IVB, and IVC). The technique to choose
the sample used purposive sampling. Class IVA is an experimental class and class
IVB is a control class. Data collection uses test methods, interviews, and
documentation. The techniques to analyze the data used t-test. The results of testing
the hypothesis in the experimental class using the two stay-two stray learning model
get an average 85,90 while the average point of the control class using conventional
learning is 69.62. Hypothesis testing uses t-test with a formula
