Abstract :
This study aims to determine the influence of work stress, job satisfaction, on employee commitment to the millennial generation in Palembang City. The population in this study were millennial generation employees in Palembang City. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire instrument. Then in this study the data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results obtained in this study show that the variable of work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee commitment to the millennial generation in Palembang City. Meanwhile, the variable of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment to the millennial generation in Palembang City.
