ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine whether workload and employee satisfaction affect
the turnover intention of banking employees in the city of Palembang. Population
in this research are all banking employees in the city of Palembang, 100 people in
total. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling method. Data
collection methods used are interview techniques and distribution questionnaries.
Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help
of SPSS version 26 program. The results obtained indicate that the variables of
workload and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on turnover
intention of banking employees in the city of Palembang.
