Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior on Turnover intention in generation y employees of Pempek business in Palembang city. The data used are primary data and secondary data with a purposive sampling method in the form of questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents. This study uses SPSS 25 for windows as a data processing and testing tool. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior have a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention in Generation Y employees in the Pempek business in Palembang.
