Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of multiple role conflict and work stress on the performance of restaurant employees in the city of Palembang. The population in this study are womens who have a married and work in restaurants in Palembang City. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the SPSS 22 tool. The results of the t test indicate that multiple role conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the performance of restaurant employees in the city of Palembang.
