Abstract :
UPTD Graha South Sumatera Sriwijaya Technology have the obligation to do an expansion of science and technology in south sumatera province. Base on the research, e-procurement of goods on UPTD is still using manual system, that cause in efficiency on the process of procurement of goods. Therefore, to enhance the process e-procurement of goods, it is a must to use electronic media. According to the president act number 54. The system building process of this software uses waterfall method. The system building start from analysis, implementation, and system testing. The implementation of this e-procurement is using PHP (Hypertext Processor) and database MySQL. The test is conduct using blackbox testing. The result will give easiness for the e-procurement process on UPTD Graha South Sumatera Sriwijaya Technology.
