Abstract :
This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of work stress on the performance of car salespeople in the city of Palembang. The population in this study is car sales who work in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). Testing the variables in this study using SPSS 25. The results of the t test indicate that work stress has a negative significant effect on the performance of car sales in Palembang City.
