ABSTRACT
This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of motivation and
organizational culture on employee performance CV. Sejahtera Satwa Karya. The
population in this study were all employees of CV. Sejahtera Satwa Karya. The
sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents. The sampling technique used is
saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the
population are sampled. The types of data in this study are primary data and
secondary data. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear
regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using SPSS 22. Based on
the test results, it was concluded that motivation and organizational culture had a
positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Sejahtera Satwa
Karya.
