Abstract :
Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as employee work behavior that exceeds standards and can increase company productivity. To be able to have a strong OCB, supporting factors are needed, including organizational commitment and emotional intelligence. Therefore, the objectives of this study are: 1) To see whether or not there is a relationship between organizational commitment with OCB. 2) To see whether or not there is a relationship between emotional intelligence with OCB. 3) To see whether or not there is a relationship between organizational commitment and emotional intelligence with OCB. The sample of this research is private employees in Encar Daihatsu Palembang, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The classical assumption test carried out is : normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing using product moment correlation on the relationship of organizational commitment with OCB obtained a significance value of 0.00 and Pearson Correlation of 0.596. The relationship of emotional intelligence with OCB obtained a significance value of 0.00 and Pearson Correlation of 0.718. While the hypothesis test with the F test obtained significant results on the relationship between organizational commitment and emotional intelligence with OCB of 0.00 and F count 38.339.
