Abstract :
ABSTRACT Increasing sales is a dream for every entrepreneur in running his business. The increase in sales is also proof that the business has succeeded in making a profit and can grow rapidly. Without increased sales, the business will be difficult to grow and last long. In an effort to increase profits through social media through digital marketing, a unique digital marketing planning technique so that it can attract consumers to visit our platform is a marketing strategy. Mutiara Keramik Building Shop is a building business that sells various kinds of tools and materials, which was established in 2015. The problem that occurs in the Mutiara Keramik Store building business is a 60.56% decline in sales that has occurred since the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Of the three stores that the researchers interviewed, the Mutiara Keramik Store showed a significant decline and revenue was the most affected by COVID-19. Based on these problems, it is necessary to repair and develop the building business using the SWOT method to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in order to use digital marketing appropriately, increase sales from the Mutiara Keramik Store in order to be able to compete in the midst of conditions during this pandemic. . By using IFE and EFE to detect more about the S-T, S-O, W-T, and W-O strategies, and will be analyzed further using the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix to determine what digital marketing actions will be used to increase sales of the Mutiara Keramik Building Store . With an increase in sales of 68.10%.
