Abstract :
This study aims to determine the expertise of teachers who work at SD Xaverius 3 Palembang about good and wise classroom management, and whether there is a relationship with student learning outcomes. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were representative teachers from each grade level. Data collection techniques by means of interview techniques, questionnaires, documentation and data on student learning outcomes. The analysis technique carried out by the researcher is the theory of Miles Hubermans. Miles Hubermans theory uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Student learning outcomes in this study were taken from cognitive values (knowledge). The indicators that guide teachers in classroom management are according to Made Pidarta's theory. After conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires, the results obtained were good class management. All teachers can manage the class well and wisely according to the ability of each teacher. The teacher's ability to manage the class affects student learning outcomes. This is evidenced from student learning outcomes in general are above the KKM. Keywords: Teachers, Classroom Management, Learning Outcomes
