Abstract :
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between collegial collective leadership and the loyalty of GMKI members. This study uses quantitative methods, the sample of this research is 300 active members of GMKI using incidental sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria.variables of this research are collegial collective and loyalty by spreading the scale as a data collection tool. This study uses the Pearson Product Moment hypothesis test. The results show that there is a significant relationship between collegial collective and loyalty of GMKI members with a correlation coefficient value of 0.770 and a significance value of 0.000 indicating that there is a significant relationship and a strong correlation direction. In this study, the value of R Square or the determinant coefficient was 0.592 which indicated that the ability to influence the collegial collective leadership variable on member loyalty was 59%.
