Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation variables and job descriptions on the performance of PD employees. Cheap Festive. This study used a saturated sampling method with the sample used was all PD employees. Cheap Festive which amounted to 34 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedasticity test, multicholinearity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), hypothesis test (F test) and hypothesis test (t test). The results of this study show that motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables and job description work variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.
