Abstract :
ABSTRACT The Art Studio Foto is a company engaged in the field of photography. The main objective is to determine the performance with the prism performance method. The problems that occur are a decrease in income, complaints from consumers, undisciplined workers, and poor products, after that a KPI or Key Performance Indicator is made based on aspects of the performance prism. made where each question from the questionnaire represents 1 KPI, after that the weighting of each KPI is carried out where in this weighting using the AHP method the function of this weighting is to choose which KPI is important, which is KPI that has a weight of 0.40 and above, which is a sufficient KPI important and included in the calculation of the OMAX scoring and traffic light system, where after the calculation there are 7 KPIs that need improvement, namely Increasing profit income (KPI K-02) is at level 3, Punctuality in payments (KPI K-08) is at level 3. 3, Good product quality (KPI K-10) is at level 2 high operational awareness (KPI KO-01) is at level 2, Designing effective marketing (KPI S-02) is at level 1, Presenting the latest innovations (KPI S-03) is at level 2, Innovating the products offered (KPI S-13) is at level 3.
