Abstract :
Banking is one of the jobs that is of interest but has quite a lot of workload, thus affecting the employee's life balance. This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance and work engagement in millennial generation employees who work in the banking industry. This study uses a correlational quantitative research method with a sample of 86 bank employees obtained from purposive sampling method. The variables of this study are Work-Life Balance and Work Engagement using a Google Form questionnaire as a data collection tool. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the Pearson Product Moment Test. The results show that there is a significant relationship between Work-Life Balance and Work Engagement of millennial employees who work in the banking industry with a correlation coefficient value of 0.630 (strong) and a significance value of 0.000 which means that there is a significant relationship.
