Abstract :
In educational institutions, something that can be measured to determine the results of the teaching and learning process in schools is learning achievement. This happens with the possibility of the emotional intelligence of students and their well-being in school (school well-being). This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and school well-being with student achievement. In this study using quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 80 students (L = 40, P = 40). This study uses two scales, namely emotional intelligence and school well-being and learning achievement using report cards data. The research analysis used was normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The results showed that there was a relationship between emotional intelligence and school well-being with student achievement with results of p = 0.823 and f = 0.593 and the absence of multicollinearity symptoms of tolerance = 0.545 with VIF = 1.836. With calculated F value > F table (7.021 > 3.12) and significant value less than 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05). Keywords : emotional intelligence ; school well-being ; student achievement
