Abstract :
Industries which was founded by Mr Alam in 2003 have names UKM CAP II PEPATI which until now continue production. From the start of the industry stands today Mr Alam often get trouble from start to manufacture products, steaming, to sales. Production processed each day depending on market demand, the more so the more demand for crackers kemplang be made. In one day this factory can process raw materials cracker with an average amount of 145 kg per day. When these tools are used to produce steam that is using a device for storing the water vapor is run using firewood is large enough and the fan, the time required to complete the steaming is 24 minutes. In the manufacture of crackers kemplang size steamer tool used is based on the dimensions and shape of the dough results lenjer measuring 2 cm x 30 cm aiming at the quality of the product. This tool is made using appropriate technologies that consider technical aspects, economic, ergonomic, social, cultural, environmental and energy-saving. Kemplang steamer appliance manufacture crackers have a cost of Rp 1.880.000 -. At the moment the use of stainless steel gained time savings of 28 minutes or one day, if within one month of Mr Alam plant can make time savings of 728 minutes or 12.13 hours, with the use of firewood as much as 3.4 truck at a cost of Rp 1.700.000, - with the cost savings of Rp 700.000, -.
