Abstract :
This research raised the topic about the effect of conflict on employee
performance in PT. Lestari Magris Palembang which is one of the companies
engaged in the field of fisheries industry. The data were obtained by interview
process and distributed questionnaires about conflict and employee performance
of the selected population, among others in general, finance, marketing,
purchasing and production which amounted to 78 respondents. Sampling using
convenience sampling. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis
using SPSS software version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows that conflict
has positive and significant influence to employee performance. This research is
expected to be one of the considerations for the company in making decisions
related to conflict and employee performance in PT. Lestari Magris Palembang
