Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is a dual role influence (work - lecture - family conflict) of teachers of advanced professional education programs on the performance of female teachers of primary schools in Palembang City. This research belongs to clausal associative research. The population in this study is female teachers who continue the professional education program which has a double role routine (work- lecture) in each elementary school unit in Palembang city. The sampling technique in this research is using a purposive sampling with some criteria that are married and continue their education in college. The number of samples obtained as many as 110 respondents are scattered in various elementary schools in the city of Palembang. The techniques of collecting data are using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is no work-lecture-family conflict effect of teacher of professional education program toward the performance of female teacher of elementary school in Palembang City.
