Abstract :
This research has a purpose to determine the influence of leadership style to the discipline teachers of Baptist Elementary School of Palembang. The population used in this study as many as 58 people. The sample taken was 32 people. The data used is primary data obtained directly from the source by direct examination to the principal and teachers of Baptist Elementary School .. Data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPPS version 20. The results of this research indicate that the leadership style of principal variables influence to discipline teachers of Baptist Elementary School of Palembang. This research can be useful as a reference for further research. Keywords: Leadership Style, Dicipline
