Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to know the role of knowledge management on the employee performance. Population on this research is the employee of restaurant in palembang. The determination of research sample using convenience sampling method. Hypothesis test in this research is use multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the test show that the knowledge management isn?t influenced on employee performance. Kata kunci : Knowledge Management, Performance.
