Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the influence of sales promotions and eservice quality on consumer satisfaction of gopay users. The population in this
study are all consumers who have made transactions using gopay in Palembang
city. The sample of this research is 100 respondents with using the nonprobability sampling method and researchers used a pretest step with 30
respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability
test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and
coefficient of determination. The results of this study is indicate that there are
positive influences and significant between sales promotion variables and eservice quality variables on consumer satisfaction of gopay users.
