Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work stress
variables and work discipline on the employee turnover rate of CV. Wijaya
Lesmana Sejahtera Palembang. The object in this study is employees of CV.
Wijaya Lesmana Sejahtera Palembang, the subject of this study was work stress
and work discipline as an independent variable, and the turnover rate as the
dependent variable. The population used in this study were all employees of CV.
Wijaya Lesmana Sejahtera Palembang with a total sample of 33 people. The
analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the
effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results
obtained in this study indicate that work stress variables partially influence the
turnover rate, while the work discipline variables partially have no effect on the
variable turnover rate. But the stress variables of work and work discipline
together influence the employees turnover rate of CV. Wijaya Lesmana Sejahtera
Palembang.
