Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the affect of variable service quality
and perception price to customer?s satisfaction on Loving Nature (LN) Fortunate
Coffee Palembang. The type of this research is survei and using questionare.
Population in this research is customer LN Fortunate Coffee Palembang. With total
samples are 100 samples. The data analysis in this research is multiple liniear
regression analysis. The result of this study is Service quality and perception price
variables have a significant and positive effect to customer?s satisfaction on LN
Fortunate Coffee Palembang.
