Abstract :
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of trust, commitment,
communication, and problem solving to consumer loyalty in watching at CGV
cinema Palembang. This study uses relationship marketing theory with trust,
commitment, communication, and problem solving as the dimenssions. The
population is all people in Palembang, then the sample is people who ever
watches at CGV cinema in Veteran Palembang. The ammount of sample is 100
respondents. The data analysis is multiple regression analysis to know the effect
of trust, commitment, communication, and problem solving to consumer loyalty in
watching at CGV cinema Palembang. The result showed that trust, commitment,
and problem solving have a effect to consumer loyalty. But communication have
no effect to consumer loyalty in watching at CGV cinema in Veteran Palembang.
