Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant positive or negative influence between leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees of CV Cahaya Tani Berjaya Palembang. This population in this study were employees of CV Cahaya Tani Berjaya Palembang. This study used 40 samples, with a saturated sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this study consisted of descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions consisting of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, testing multiple regression assumptions, hypothesis testing consisting of testing the T test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study state that (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV Cahya Tani Berjaya Palembang employees, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV Cahaya Tani Berjaya Palembang employees.
