Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to prove and analyze whether the variables of trust, product completeness, and price affect the purchasing decisions of Maxim consumers in Palembang. The data collection technique uses a survey technique with a questionnaire instrument (Google form). The population in This study were consumers who had used Maxim's online transportation service in Palembang. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the trust variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Variable Completeness of the product has a positive effect, but not significant on purchasing decisions. The price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
