Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on E-Customer Satisfaction at ShopeePay. The data used is primary data. The population in this study are ShopeePay users. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by t test. The results of the study show that E-Service Quality and E-Trust have a significant and positive effect on E-Customer Satisfaction at ShopeePay.
