Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on the turnover intention of millennial generation employees in the banking sector in Palembang. The data used is primary data. The population in this study are all employees who work in the banking sector. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 110 respondents who met the predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and the work environment has no and no significant effect on the turnover intention of millennial generation employees in the banking sector in the city of Palembang.
