Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of cost control and product innovation strategies on culinary business revenue growth with a research focus on culinary business which operating in the Palembang city. The data collected and measured is primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires to those who own and understand the business. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling and obtained 100 business as respondents to this research sample. The analytical tool for hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study showed that both of cost control and product innovation strategies have a positive effect on the growth of culinary business income in Palembang.
