ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to find out and prove whether the e-service quality and e-trust variables have a positive and significant effect on the e-satisfaction of DANA e-wallet users. This research is a quantitative research using primary data. The population in this research are consumers who ever used DANA e-wallet application to make transactions. The total sample in this research are 130 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is SPSS version 21 as an analysis tool. The research results show that e-service quality and e-trust variables have a positive and significant effect on the e-satisfaction of DANA e-wallet users.
