Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on the Company Value of the Banking Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual reports. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 17 companies that met the criteria and there were a total of 51 samples. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance has an influence on company value and Corporate Social Responsibility has no influence on company value.
