Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of information quality and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for Shopee Xpress goods delivery services through the Shopee e-commerce application. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this research is consumers who have used Shopee Xpress shipping services in the Shopee e-commerce application in Palembang City. Research sampling uses purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria and gets as many as 100 respondents. The results of this research indicate that information quality and sales promotion have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.
