Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of broad influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure on the value of companies with managerial ownership as a moderation variable in manufacturing companies listed in bei in 2019 - 2021. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study is all manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and obtained 40 companies with a total sample of 120. Hypothesis testing was performed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study show that management ownership does not moderate the broad influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on company values.
