Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews and the quality of information on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are Palembang people who use the gojek application. Sampling used convenience sampling method and obtained 100 sampels. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained show that the online customer review variabel has no positive effect on purchasing decisions, whereas the information quality variabel has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Gofood Keywords: Online Customer Review, Information Quality, Purchase Decision
