Abstract :
ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Person-Job Fit and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on job satisfaction of three-star hotel employees in the city of Palembang. The research sample consisted of 104 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection method was carried out by questionnaires and data processing by testing the feasibility of the data, descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, partial tests, multiple linear regression tests, and testing the coefficient of determination whose calculations were carried out with the help of the SPSS statistics 25 program. The results showed that there was a positive influence and significance on Person-Job Fit on job satisfaction and there is a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on job satisfaction.
