Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Internal Locus of Control on Employee Performance in pempek businesses in the city of Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data with a purposive sampling method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. This study used SPSS 26 for windows as a data processing and testing tool. The results of this study show that Job Satisfaction and Internal Locus of Control have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in pempek businesses in the city of Palembang.
