Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and work stress on turnover intention by focusing on generation Y employees in Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study is generation Y employees who live in Palembang. The sampling technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling and obtained 100 samples. Hypothesis testing is performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention and work stress has a positive impact on turnover intention. Keywords: work-life balance, work stress, turnover intention.
