Abstract :
This study aims to determine that service quality and earmarking tax policies affect the satisfaction of street lighting taxpayers in the city pf Palembang. The type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire which is distributed to the taxpayers of Palembang city street lighting. The population in this study are individual taxpayers and the sample in this study is taxpayers who use electricity in the household group using a convenience sampling technique testing the hypothesis using Adjust R2, T test and F test with the result that service quality and earmarking tax policy have a positive effect on the satisfaction of street lighting taxpayers in the city of Palembang. Keywords : service quality, earmarking tax policy and satisfaction of streeet lighting tax payers.
