Abstract :
abstract This study aims to determine the Effect of Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of Millennial Generation Employees in Palembang City. The population in this study are millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang. Sampling in this study using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has a significant effect on turnover intention, the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on turnover intention and the compensation variable and job satisfaction are significantly simultaneously has a positive effect on the turnover intention of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang.
