Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of career development on performance, job
satisfaction, employee performance in the millennial generation in the city of
Palembang. The population in this study are millennial generation employees in
the city of Palembang. Sampling in this study using purvosive sampling technique
with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a
questionnaire instrument. This study uses data analysis techniques with multiple
linear analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that career development
and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee
performance in the millennial generation in the city of Palembang. This research
is expected to contribute knowledge and material for consideration for companies
that employ millennial generation employees.
