Abstract :
The research was descriptive research titled: “Analysis of cash flow and leverage to determine the company financial performance (Study at Cement Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange – BEI)”. The research purposes were: (1) find out the financial performance of cement Company which go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange; (2) Find out the financial performance of Cement companies which go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange used leverage analysis; (3) find out which company owed the best financial performance from the perspective of cash flow and leverage, with 3 years research period, from 2006-2008. Data used in the research were secondary data consisted of financial report like balance sheet, profit loss report and cash flow report. Analytical technique used to determine the financial performance of the company were cash flow and leverage where cash flow analysis grouped into three categories, they were operation analysis, investment analysis, fund analysis and leverage analysis which consisted of three, they were leverage operation, financial leverage, and total leverage analysis. Analytical result showed that in three years average used cash flow analysis showed that PT. Holcim Indonesia tbk owed the best financial performance and the best financial performance from leverage analysis perspective was PT. Indocemen Tunggal Perkasa
