Abstract :
Type of research conducted by this research is a survey, in which researchers make observations in the data collection is done on the PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Kediri research with the title of "The Career Development of Employee Job Satisfaction At PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Kediri. Goal of this research is to know the career development and job satisfaction of employees in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) for the Kediri and significant development which consists of career planning and career management career to the satisfaction of employees in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Kediri. The usefulness of research to reach the bag, especially the company that is expected to become inputs for the company, especially in an effort to increase employee job satisfaction through career planning and career management. Analysis tool used in this research is to use a range of technical scale, with the regression linier berganda test and F test t. Based on the calculation of the average range of career planning scale variable is the number 112.5, which means planning career employees at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) in Kediri entry is very good. The result of the calculation the average range of career management scale variable is the number 100.5, which means that the career management of employees in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Kediri entry in either category. Satisfaction of employees is the number of 100 which means that the job satisfaction of employees in the entry level category. Results linier berganda regression analysis shows that there is significant influence between the career development of employees' workplace satisfaction. Some of the suggestions proposed in this research that the company expected to make efforts in order to support career development that will be done by employees. Companies are expected to further rotation of office and provides the freedom and facilities to beraktivitas in the hope that employees can work a maximum in the company, which directly affect them in their career working in the company. In an effort to increase employee job satisfaction is expected the company to consider the issue of career employees. It is expected that the company always tried to create a working environment or atmosphere of harmony so that they can support the creation of job satisfaction for employees.
